Refund policy

No Refunds/Returns: Our items are custom made, therefore, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. The only exception is if the item is damaged or there is another issue with the product. We offers refunds or free reprints for damaged products or manufacturing errors reported within 30 days of delivery.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns for defects do not need to be shipped back; photo proof is required.
